Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on king368. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, email address and a valid phone number. king368 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. king368 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action unless you have reported a security breach.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All king368 users are required to comply with the following rules when using the platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure.

- Sharing or transferring your account to a third party
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation or illegal activity

Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the king368 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet used belongs to them. The use of third-party accounts for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited and may result in account freezing pending investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts that match the user's registration details on king368. Processing time for withdrawals is between 5 and 20 minutes depending on the chosen method, subject to required internal verification.
Minimum Deposit & Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit is RM10 for FPX and DuitNow. The minimum withdrawal is RM30. king368 reserves the right to set daily or weekly transaction limits based on operational and compliance requirements. Users will be notified via the platform if any limits change.
Any suspicious or unverifiable transactions will be placed on hold until the investigation is complete. king368 reserves the right to request identity verification documents for transactions that exceed a specified threshold.

- DuitNow – Instant transfer, immediate deposit
- Local e-wallets – Processed within 1–5 minutes
- Bank withdrawal – Processed within 5–20 minutes after verification
All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees apply.
Liability Limitations, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
King368 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, technical errors, or game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no guarantees regarding the continuity or accuracy of our services at any time. Users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk.
